1. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.
However, by purchasing, you acknowledge:

  • Processing times are estimates, not guarantees

  • Delays may occur due to workload, materials, or unforeseen circumstances

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery times depend entirely on the carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

2. Delivery Confirmation

Once tracking shows “delivered,” the order is considered fulfilled.

We do not:

  • Issue refunds for packages marked delivered

  • Cover theft or loss after delivery

Customers must contact the shipping carrier for delivery disputes.

Damage claims do not guarantee refunds.

  • Artwork is handmade and may include imperfections

  • Visual differences from product images may occur

  • AI-enhanced images may not perfectly match real-life presentation

These are not considered defects.
